Strength & Conditioning is more than just picking up a weight in the gym, or from some trainers perspective “beasting someone”.

It is the application of sound scientific principles designed to develop any number of fitness components. Conditioning is essentially a modification of your behaviour or progression of your physiology through the correct application of well programed exercises.

Men produce probably 10 times more testosterone than women but still struggle to build muscle. You still produce more oestrogen than testosterone so do not be afraid to hit weights.
