Utilising outdoor space, imagination and creativity, we set up a fitness bootcamp that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Rewind one minute, BOOTCAMP? Don’t let the term “BOOTCAMP” scare you away. All the sessions are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. Of course it will get a little bit challenging at times, but you will have great people around you and me to motivate you.
You will meet new people from different walks of life. But together we have ONEVISION and that is to better ourselves. I guarantee you will feel great and your body will thank you after. So why not try one of the sessions on the following venues:
Mondays (6-7pm) – Crook
Wednesdays (6-7pm) – Bishop Auckland
